Times are changing, and decisions to adapt to the times are constantly changing. But for some traditional, extreme, and distinctive label elements, they will never be abandoned. That’s right, although it has come to the new era of pure electric, for the Maybach brand, many of its unparalleled design symbols continue to be inherited on this pure electric concept car. First of all, in appearance, the bold and heroic color scheme has always been the label of Maybach. This Maybach EQS SUV concept car is no exception. The two-color body design of obsidian + zircon red is still eye-catching and devastating. And the super retro design of the 24-inch solid electroplated wheels matches the futuristic shape so wonderfully.

Thanks to the latest lighting technology, the lamp design of the Maybach EQS SUV concept car can be as blue as possible. The slender headlights don’t seem to be any bright spots, but at close range you will find countless Maybach brand logos embellished. This headlight is not only outstanding in technological configuration, but also outstanding in design.

Electric cars do not need air intake grilles. But for Maybach, the air intake grille is no longer an accessory for the car, but an indivisible design. On the Maybach EQS SUV concept car, you can see that it uses a fully-enclosed mid-grid, with the English name in the center and the Mercedes-Benz logo. The legendary color continues to burst into life in this new era of electric vehicles.

For a Maybach, the design of this tail makes me feel a bit “rebellious”. But for the works of this century-old brand in the new energy era, I think this design is very successful, not only for the appearance, but also for the new thinking step of the Maybach brand to the new era. The penetrating taillight also benefits from the latest lighting technology, so it can achieve a narrower rendering effect. The Maybach logo on the C-pillar is a design that has always been proud of. While representing a distinguished identity, it also represents that this is not just a car.

As mentioned at the beginning, although this is a pure electric vehicle, although we are in a new era of new energy. But for Maybach, no matter when, it still focuses on luxury. After seeing the classic Maybach elements on the exterior, we enter the car and you can perceive the luxurious atmosphere of the interior at a glance. The cockpit is inspired by yachts. The rear center console is decorated with white piano lacquer and rose gold trim, and other areas are laid out in deep sea blue, highlighting the properties of new energy. The MBUX Hyperscreen human-computer interaction system also appeared on this top model, which has a three-in-one screen and a large screen with a width of more than 140cm.

Of course, the focus of the Maybach’s interior has always been in the back row. We can see that this car provides a configuration of dual independent seats in the rear row. Regardless of the configuration or materials, this set of seats can be imagined to be very top-notch. And also has a refrigerator, control screen, wine glass holder, 12.3-inch rear audio and video system and other high-end configuration. In addition, what I want to focus on is its design. Why would you call the Maybach’s interior luxury? Because it doesn’t just stuff you all the top things in one mind, but it contains your own understanding of luxury design. The overall atmosphere is the main one, and these accessories are secondary.
