A new photovoltaic system for Edison

by admin

The company Renergetica, which develops projects from renewable sources on the international market, announces the sale of a photovoltaic plant, in the province of Alessandria, with a power of 9.9 MWp to Edison Renewables srl, 100% controlled by Edison SpA

The operation, which is part of the framework agreement signed by the counterparties in April 2020, which provides for the overall development of 250MWp in five years (i.e. 150 MWp for three years plus the possibility of an automatic renewal for a period of further two years for the development of projects for at least an additional 100 MWp), is concluded less than 3 months after the one which, at the end of last July, had led to the sale of the first two projects to Edison Renewables srl.

So far in implementation of this agreement, approximately 27 MWp have been sold, bringing the projects assigned to Edison Renewables to 100MWp, including those already optioned and currently under development.
