The acquisition by A2A of Ardian’s wind and photovoltaic portfolios was completed today in accordance with the stipulated contracts. In particular, A2A has acquired stakes in 3New & Partners, Daunia Calvello and Daunia Serracapriola, companies that hold a portfolio of wind farms in Italy with a total capacity of 335 MW (195 MW per share compared to the stake acquired in this portfolio), against an equity value of 265 million euros. In addition, A2A acquired a further portfolio, 4New, consisting of wind and photovoltaic plants for a total of 157 MW, of which 117 MW located in Italy and the remaining 40 MW in Spain, for an equity value of 187 million. The wind farms involved in the acquisition are located in Sardinia, Puglia, Campania and in the Spanish region of Catalonia, while the photovoltaic ones in Puglia, Lazio and the Spanish region of Andalusia.
