Agricultural contributions, how many days do I reach a year?

by admin

Dear reader,

The annual contribution requirement is satisfied with 270 days of actual, voluntary or notional contributions per year. An exception is the early retirement, for which the annuity, for legal purposes only, is achieved with 156 days. Agricultural contributions are valid for the purposes of entitlement and the extent of the pension. In the case of a fully paid pension from the compulsory general insurance, agricultural contributions paid or credited for periods prior to 1 January 1984, less than 270 days per year, are subject to a revaluation (equal to 2 , 6 for men and 3.86 for women and boys).
