Agriculture and crafts still in crisis: businesses and jobs are decreasing

The handicraft economy in the Savona area has still slowed down while trade remains stable. From January to June 30 of this year, the artisan businesses active in the area have still dropped (data from the Riviere di Liguria Chamber of Commerce). A smaller decline than in the other quarters of the year but which indicates a sector that is still suffering. In the province, there were 8,666 artisan businesses active from 1 January to 30 June this year.
