BOLOGNA (ITALPRESS) – Supporting supply chains in organic districts, promoting virtuous technological innovation, guaranteeing product traceability and developing sustainable packaging: these are the synergies of the collaboration between Assobio and Sanatech, the new international review of the production chain of organic and natural, scheduled from 9 to 12 September at Bologna Fiere, during the 33rd edition of Sana. The exhibition dedicated to organic products will expand this year, hosting in Sanatech a new meeting point for professional operators already active or interested in adopting the organic method. Assobio, the national association of organic products processing and distribution companies, chaired by Roberto Zanoni, will be part of the advisory board to guarantee the proposal: “As a trade fair event, Sanatech is the missing link in the supply chain: it will provide a vision global on the entire organic production process, essential to achieve the objectives indicated by the European Commission to protect the environment and biodiversity “, guarantees the president of the business association. Organized by Bologna Fiere, Federbio and Avenue Media, Sanatech will anticipate the responses to the needs of a sector close to a rapid increase in areas, up to 25% of agricultural areas in Europe, according to the target set by the Commission for 2030. The review will support investors, entrepreneurs and operators committed to integrating the agri-food chain with the organic method, in every cluster and sector, from seeds to large-scale distribution, from mulching to protection from pests, up to traceability techniques and packaging, putting innovation at the fore place.
