Alerion Clean Power announces that the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) has approved the prospectus relating to the public subscription offer for the bonds deriving from the bond loan called “Alerion Clean Power SpA Senior Unsecured Notes due 2027”.
Borsa Italiana then admitted the Bonds to listing on the Mercato Telematico delle Obbligazioni of Borsa Italiana (the MOT).
Finally, Alerion Alerion Clean Power obtained “passporting” for the purposes of the public offering of the Bonds in Italy.
