Alerion leaps by 15% on the stock market, for bonds to 2027 exceeded the minimum bid threshold of 150 million

Alerion Clean Power protagonist in Piazza Affari, where it shows an increase of about 15 percent. The company announced the opening of the public subscription offer for the green bonds called “Alerion Clean Power SpA Senior Unsecured Notes due 2027” on the Mercato Telematico delle Obbligazioni (Mot) of Borsa Italiana. “At 11:25 am subscriptions have already been received for a total amount exceeding the minimum quantity offered as indicated in the prospectus relating to the offer of 150 million euros”, reads the note from the company. The offer is still in progress and, unless early closure or extension, will end on October 26th at 5:30 pm.
