Minister Orlando invited everyone to “meet again in a suitable period of time to evaluate the progress of the confrontation. The specificity from which the convocation arises is linked to the fact that this change of model in industrial relations has a series of implications that have an impact on two fronts: traditional distribution and the combination of product sales and the logistics chain. When you go beyond a ‘traditional’ model, there are always positive aspects and critical points that must be managed. The fact that continuous, orderly and profitable industrial relations develop has an effect not only on the company, but on the supply chain. We also hope with positive outcomes. To measure the results of the resumption of confrontation and “the achievement of an agreement on the application of labor regulations and the national contract,” the unions write, the parties have agreed to meet at the ministry in two months.

On the regulatory front, the trade unions ask “in accordance with the provisions of the bargaining in our country, the recognition, in each production site and for each company, including contractors, of the role of the worker safety representative for compliance with the health and safety legislation work and the application of protocols for the containment of Covid-19 ».
