Ambienta has reached an agreement for the sale of its Nactarome to TA, a leading international private equity company.
Thanks to Ambienta, Nactarome has seen its revenues grow up to 137 million euros, from the initial 30 million euros and, thanks to six acquisitions, it has become the leading European platform for natural ingredients in the food and beverage sector.
