Ansaldo Energia launches a maxi training plan for 1,200 employees

Ansaldo Energia focuses on staff training with a structured project that will cover almost 1,200 employees and 122,000 hours of interventions training, concentrated in four months.

The goal, they say in the company, is to increase individual skills and enable employees to face the rapid changes in the labor market. And it starts next week.

The Genoese company has, in fact, received from Anpal (Agency for active employment policies) the authorization to carry out a training course, presented last December, which will involve almost all the clerical staff of the Genoese office. The project had been submitted to Anpal after the company, through a shared path, he had signed with the union the necessary agreements.

The New Skills Fund

The operation will benefit from the Fund new skills (which pays the hourly cost of the remuneration of staff in training) and will allow 1,197 people, including employees and managers of Ansaldo Energia and Ansaldo Nucleare, to access 102 hours of training per capita.

The path Sara delivered entirely remotely, in different modules, with insights into various areas. Tools will be presented to improve transversal skills and relational-behavioral skills (the so-called soft skill), the correct management of the smart working, the economic skills, the digital & technical skill, the approach to sustainability.
