The S&P Global Rating rating agency, following the completion of the acquisition of 88.06% of the Company’s share capital by Holding Reti
Autostradali reviewed the creditworthiness of Autostrade per l’Italia which returns Investment Grade to ‘BBB-‘, the outlook on the rating is Positive. This can be read in the press release issued by Autostrade per l’Italia.

On May 5, news arrived on the finalization of the acquisition of the 88.06% stake in Autostrade per l’Italia (Aspi) held by Atlantia by Holding Reti Autostradali (HRA), an investment vehicle set up in Italy and held by CDP Equity (51%), Blackstone Infrastructure Partners (24.5%) and by funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management (24.5%).
