Banca Finnat approved the 2021 financial statements accompanied by the relative reports of the Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Company in charge of the statutory audit. Group consolidated net profit increased by 20.4% to 6.1 million.
The total assets of the Group reached € 18.1 billion. A Cet 1 Capital Ratio of 31.1%. The Shareholders’ Meeting resolved, on the proposal of the Board of Directors, the distribution to the shareholders of a dividend of € 0.012 for each of the outstanding shares.
