The Bank of China Great Wall debit card is free of charge for cash withdrawal from ATMs in the same city and in different places; inter-bank ATM cash withdrawals in the same city and across banks have changed from the original maximum charge of 3.5 yuan per transaction to a temporary fee-free fee starting from July 25.
Great Wall debit card cross-border ATM cash withdrawal, and Great Wall international debit card overseas ATM cash withdrawal will still be charged according to the adjusted fee standard. That is, the Bank of China Great Wall debit card cross-border ATM cash withdrawal is charged at 5‰ of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of 15 yuan per transaction and a maximum charge of 50 yuan per transaction. Great Wall International debit card overseas ATM cash withdrawals are charged at 5‰ of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of USD 3 per transaction and a maximum of USD 5 per transaction.
