The authorized capital at the time of the establishment of the joint venture company was US$1 million, of which Hong Kong Betterray subscribed for US$600,000, accounting for 60% of the total share capital of the joint venture; STELLAR subscribed for US$400,000, accounting for 40% of the total share capital of the joint venture. . After the approval and filing procedures for overseas investment of the cooperation project in China are completed, Hong Kong Betterray and STELLAR will gradually increase the authorized capital of the joint venture company according to the progress of the capital demand of the cooperation project, and will use the authorized capital of the joint venture company before the cooperation project is put into operation. Increase to 35% of the total project investment and complete the paid-in of all authorized capital. The 52nd meeting of the 5th board of directors of the company reviewed and approved the “Proposal on the Cooperation and Construction of an Integrated Project of Anode Materials with an Annual Output of 80,000 tons in Indonesia”, and this transaction does not need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
