Bohai Leasing: Net profit of 839 million yuan in the third quarter turned losses into profits

Securities Times e Company News, Bohai Leasing (000415) disclosed its three quarterly report on the evening of October 29. Since 2021, the company’s aircraft leasing business has grown significantly, and the container leasing rate has reached the highest level in history. In the third quarter, the company achieved operating income of 5.579 billion yuan, basically the same year-on-year; realized net profit of 839 million yuan, an increase of 232.11% year-on-year, and successfully turned losses into profits. The company and its subsidiaries optimized the debt structure and reduced financing costs through debt swaps, rollovers, and reorganizations, resulting in a total debt restructuring income of approximately 1.57 billion yuan.
