In fact, the adhesion campaign is about to start which also provides for a bonus mechanism for the accrual of an additional free share for every two shares purchased and owned by each employee who adheres to the Plan.
The potential subscribers are all 4 thousand employees of the 22 production plants of the group which was founded in Italy in 1860 and is now the sixth globally in the branded spirits sector. In Italy it has its headquarters in Sesto San Giovanni and 4 factories in Canale, Novi Ligure, Alghero and Caltanissetta.
