Carige: ordinary meeting called for next 28 July

The board of directors of Banca Carige has resolved to convene the shareholders’ meeting in ordinary session, in single call, for 28 July 2021, at 10.30. This is learned in a note from the Ligurian bank which indicates as the agenda “the integration of the board of statutory auditors: appointment of one standing auditor and two alternate auditors”.
