Generali wins Cattolica Assicurazioni. The Leone di Trieste takeover bid for the Verona company was successfully completed, in which 79.6% of the shares subject to the offer, equal to 60.8% of Cattolica’s capital, took part. This share, added to the 23.6% already held by the group led by Philippe Donnet, brings the overall final stake to 84.475%.
