by admin

The Federdistribuzione annual meeting has appointed Alberto Frausin as the new president of the federation with immediate effect. The new president succeeds Claudio Gradara, to whom we thank for the work done during his mandate and the profound recognition by all the associates for having led the Federation in the difficult context of the pandemic emergency that characterized the last year. «I am very honored for the trust that has been given to me – says Frausin -. I take up the baton to the presidency of Federdistribuzione at a very delicate historical moment for the trade sector and for the country. We face the need to continue with concrete action that helps our companies to look beyond the long emergency they are going through and project on the challenges that await us in the immediate future, such as the digital transition and that towards a sustainable development model. . The emergency has unequivocally highlighted the central role that our sector plays within the country system. We must persevere in bringing to the center of the public and institutional debate the relevant issues and issues that enable us to continue to create development opportunities for the benefit of the economic and social fabric of our country “.
