Reorganization underway for Chiara Ferragni’s Fenice. The influencer and other shareholders of the company, the company that owns the rights to exploit the entrepreneur’s brand, are in fact negotiating in recent weeks with a private equity fund. The latter, according to rumors, would be the financial group Avm Gestioni, an investment company led and chaired by Giovanna Dossena.
