No surcharge for those who need to aboard a plane sit next to your children or a disabled person. The new urgent regulation launched by ENAC, the air transport authority, should have come into force on 27 July. But the Lazio administrative court has decided that this will not be the case. Until August 15th, carriers will be able to apply this gabelle without any fear of being sanctioned.
