The company is the main body to implement the investment and financing, construction, operation management and asset management of the Green Building Materials Smart Industrial Park in Xinxing City, Xinjiang. Among them, the building materials logistics company subscribed to capital of 10.2 million yuan, holding 34% of the shares.
It is understood that since the beginning of this year, the company has steadily promoted technological innovation, coordinated the advancement of research and development of prefabricated construction technology, carried out research and development of parts and components and standardization, established an “applicable” prefabricated industrial system; launched an integrated rapid construction system for housing construction design and construction, and super long R&D and application of major innovation projects such as key technologies for intelligent tunnel construction; efforts to integrate innovation and fusion applications of the Internet of Things, to create a 3D visualization integration and intelligent information service platform based on BIM models, and to build a digital building electromechanical industry ecological chain.
Chongqing Construction Engineering also announced at the same time that in order to support urban planning and construction, the company agreed that the wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Construction Engineering Seventh Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., held by Chongqing Construction Engineering No. 177 Jinyin Bay, will be expropriated by houses in Yuzhong District, Chongqing. The center will collect a total area of āā3000.36 square meters, and the compensation fee is estimated to be 42.6673 million yuan.
The company stated that the aforesaid expropriation matters were implemented in accordance with the government’s requirements for the transformation of the old city. The Seventh Construction Company has done a sufficient response and has properly relocated all the base building materials on the plot. The house expropriation will not affect the normal production and operation of the Seventh Construction Company, and at the same time will help the Seventh Construction Company improve its asset utilization efficiency, increase cash flow, and improve its financial status.
