In various areas of Italy the cold has returned. And like every autumn, we get ready to turn on the heaters. From Friday 15 October the citizens of Milan, Turin, Verona, Padua, Bologna, L’Aquila, Perugia, Potenza and other cities will be able to do so. In this 2021 the “ritual” will take place in a very different context from that of a year ago, when the price of energy was very affordable.
