Consob opens the Generali dossier. The Authority starts an investigation

The Consob board began examining the dossier on the renewal of the board of directors of Generali yesterday. The issue, on which the Authority has been monitoring for weeks already advancing some remarks, reaches the commissioners at the end of an initial investigation by the offices on the advisability of approving a call for attention.
