Consumer rights: a commission of inquiry is born in Parliament

The Chamber of Deputies has just set up a commission of inquiry on the protection of consumers and users. An institutional body that will have to take stock of the situation on the hottest issues – the most felt by citizens – and propose solutions.

“The first thing I will propose to do – explains the president of the commission, Simone Baldelli (Forza Italia) – is a cycle of hearings with all the authorities that deal with consumers such as Antitrust, Arera, Agcom, Enac, and associations.
