Credem also received this year, for the second consecutive year, the “Equal Salary” certification which certifies the adoption of a fair wage policy based on tangible aspects that exclude gender prejudices, of efficient personnel management policies that give the same opportunity for women and men within the company and concrete actions to make the work environment more and more inclusive.
In particular, this is a certification awarded by the Equal Salary Foundation, a non-profit organization founded in 2010 to certify the correct application of gender equality in companies, in collaboration with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC). The certification is awarded following a quantitative analysis of the data relating to salaries, a qualitative verification of the actions and policies adopted to achieve gender equality and listening to the perception and experience of employees.
In Italy, Credem is the first bank to have obtained Equal Salary certification. A recognition that represents a further demonstration of the attention that the company pays to the well-being of people.
