DFL decision for investor “dangerous for German football culture”

What do you conclude from this?
My interpretation is: The DFL leadership apparently considers itself particularly powerful because it was able to wrest this long term and this type of concession from interested investors. Unfortunately, they draw the wrong conclusions and think that they can control the collaboration for 20 years. But the private equity examples from other industries, be it medical practices, nursing homes or real estate, show that it will hardly be possible to maintain these red lines. Personally, I don’t believe that they will last for the next 20 years if a deal is actually signed in spring 2024.
