The board of directors of DHH has approved the 2021 accounts which see the net result jump to 3.2 million euros against 0.6 million at 31 December 2020 (+ 414%) and the Ebitda rise by 278% to 6 , 9 million compared to 1.8 million a year ago. In the period under review, on the other hand, revenues increased by 113% to 19.8 million.

The board of directors also resolved to propose to the shareholders’ meeting, scheduled for April 28, the distribution of an ordinary dividend through the assignment of a quota of the company’s own shares, equal to 1 share for every 45 shares held (with rounding by lack of unity) up to a maximum of 104,170 shares, in total representing up to 2.13% of the share capital of DHH – against 205,110 treasury shares currently held, representing a total of 4.19% of the share capital of DHH – and with a total dividend value of € 1,614,635.

“In 5 years since our listing on the Stock Exchange, we have quintupled, going from 4 million to 20 million euros in revenues, spread over about 120,000 customers throughout Southern Europe. Ebitda, on the other hand, went from 355 thousand to 6.9 million euro, thus increasing by about 20 times over the period “, recalled Giandomenico Sica, executive chairman of the board of DHH, underlining that in a still challenging context such as that of 2021, they managed to continue the path of organic growth, thanks to product sales of cloud computing. “We have also successfully concluded 3 M&A transactions, of which two small consolidation transactions in Italy and Croatia and one – more important – in Bulgaria, thus entering a new market for us”, added the manager.
