The change of individual pre-positions of Dingdong Maicai in Tianjin, Anhui and other regions is a normal business adjustment, and the adjustment scale is small and does not affect the normal operation of the company. Public information shows that in 2017, Dingdong Maicai was founded and opened in Shanghai. In January 2019, Dingdong Maicai entered Hangzhou. In August of that year, Dingdong Maicai went out of the Yangtze River Delta and entered Shenzhen. In April 2020 , Dingdong Maicai entered Beijing. In March 2021, Dingdong Maicai officially entered Tianjin, and Tianjin has also become its first new city in 2021. On February 15, Dingdong Maicai released its fourth quarter performance report as of December 31, 2021. Data show that Dingdong Maicai achieved revenue of 5.48 billion yuan in the fourth quarter, a year-on-year increase of 72.0%.
