Directa Sim has received orders for an amount of shares much higher than the maximum number of shares object of the Offer for listing on Euronext Growth Milan.
The start of trading of Directa Sim ordinary shares on Euronext Growth Milan is scheduled for December 22, 2022. In the ongoing listing process Directa Sim is assisted by EnVent Capital Markets, as Euronext Growth Advisor, Global Coordinator and Equity Research provider, from MiT Sim as Co – Global Coordinator, from Ambromobiliare, as financial advisor, from Studio Maviglia & Partners, as legal consultant, from Deloitte, as auditing company, from BeCap for the development of the business plan. MiT Sim will play the role of Specialist. Directa Sim also performed the role of Distributor for the retail and professional offer.
