This matter constitutes a major asset sale. In view of the fact that the transaction did not complete the pre-approval process within the time frame agreed in the agreement, the counterparty proposed to terminate the transaction. The company will terminate this major asset sale. In the future, it will re-formulate the relevant asset disposal plan based on the communication between all parties and the progress of various work.
