Mercedes-Benz joins the ACC group (Automotive Cells Company), i.e. the battery consortium formed by Stellantis and TotalEnergies.

The transaction is subject to the final documentation agreement and customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals. ACC is the result of the initiative undertaken in 2020 by Stellantis and TotalEnergies, together with its subsidiary Saft, and enjoys the support of the French authorities.
