Electric cars: record sales for the Chinese startup Li Auto, still exceeding those of Xpeng

Monthly sales record for Chinese electric car startup Li Auto, which once again surpassed rival Xpeng for the second consecutive month. According to the data released, in July it delivered 8,589 vehicles, recording a monthly record, against 8,040 vehicles of Xpeng. Among the three Chinese electric car startups listed in the United States, Li Auto recorded the best results this year with a performance of + 15.8%. Shares of Nio were down 8.3% over the same period, while those of Xpeng were down nearly 5.4%.
