Enel: appointment of manager in charge of accounting documents

Effective from today’s date, Enel’s Board of Directors has appointed Stefano De Angelis as Manager in charge of preparing the corporate accounting documents.

The appointment took place on the proposal of the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager and subject to the favorable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors.

Stefano De Angelis, who does not hold Enel shares, will take over the role from Alberto De Paoli.
