Enel extends exclusive period for negotiations with Greek company PPC for sale of assets in Romania

Enel announced over the weekend that, “following what was announced on December 14, 2022, the exclusivity period for negotiations with the Greek company Public Power Corporation SA (PPC) in relation to the potential sale of all the equity investments held by the Enel Group in Romania. The parties will inform the market if necessary

enter into a binding agreement regarding the transaction”.
