Eni announced that it had purchased 2,223,000 treasury shares in the period between 11 and 15 October 2021, at the weighted average price of 11.972334 euro per share, for a total value of 26.614.497,84 euro as part of the of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by Eni’s shareholders’ meeting on May 12, 2021. Since the start of the program, the group led by Descalzi has purchased 15,452,318 treasury shares (equal to 0.43% of the share capital) for a total value of 170,725,999.49 euros. Following the purchases made up to 15 October 2021, considering the treasury shares already in portfolio, Eni holds 48,497,515 treasury shares equal to 1.35% of the share capital.
