Ett, Genoese digital industry (of the Scai group), specialized in technological innovation and led by Giovanni Verreschi, expands its presence in Italy. The company has in fact acquired the majority packages (90%) of Meta, a company specialized in technology for innovation in culture, and (70%) of Corepixx, a company that operates in the field of interactive experiences.
Two purchases that fit harmoniously into Ett’s business which, among other things, plays the role of general contractor in the turnkey delivery of complex information systems and experiential communication systems, for example for museums that associate a cultural offer traditional and virtual routes.

Growing revenues
The two businesses acquired by Ett, which counts revenues of around 22 million, expected to rise to 27 by 2021, thanks also to this operation, they expressed, in 2020, a total turnover of over 5 million euros, with an average Ebitda of 10%.
The new shareholding and organizational structure, they explain at Ett, allows the company active in several sectors, including those of culture, tourism, communication, marketing and smart city (with the public administration), “to verticalize its know-how” .

Thanks to Meta, in fact, the group with its headquarters in the Ligurian capital «will be able to enter according to industrial logic – they always explain to the company – in the world of digital solutions, developed for the enhancement of contents applied to cultural heritage and school publishing; while with Corepixx it will be able to tackle retail which, in an increasingly widespread way, leverages multimedia display installations for marketing objectives ».
