FinecoBank: profit rises and reaches a new record of 184.6 million in the first half

FinecoBank announced that it closed the first half of 2021 with a record net profit of 184.6 million euros, 2% higher than in the first half of 2020 (which was the best result ever), despite the greater systemic contributions ( -7.7 million compared to -0.9 million in the first half of 2020). In the half year under review, revenues rose 3% to € 403.5 million, driven by Investing (+ 22.7%) thanks to the growing contribution of Fineco Asset Management, the growth in asset management volumes and the higher net margins on the managed. The financial margin stood at 147.9 million, up by 0.6% compared to the 147 million at 30 June 2020, thanks to the profits from Treasury management, which more than offset the decline in the interest margin mainly caused the decline in market interest rates. Net commissions at 30 June 2021, on the other hand, amounted to 214.3 million and showed an increase of 10.2% compared to 194.5 million at 30 June 2020.
