NAPLES (ITALPRESS) – New hires, the transfer to a new headquarters and a new brand identity: there are many news relating to the Neapolitan company Didiesse srl, which has just crossed the milestone of 20 years of activity. A real breath of fresh air for the brand specialized in the production of coffee pod machines, which sees the use of FSC packaging among the most interesting changes. From today, the boxes of Didiesse products, increasingly innovative and attentive to eco-sustainability, will not only be able to count on a new graphic design but also boast the international FSC brand, which guarantees the origin of the cartons used by responsible forests and supply chains, subjected to to rigorous environmental, social and economic standards. A further step towards the environment – in accordance with the company’s desire to be ever more sustainable – based on this premise. Not surprisingly, from the beginning, Didiesse decided to exclusively produce espresso machines for pods: the most sustainable method, thanks to the biodegradability of the paper filter. A growth path that of Didiesse, one of the few companies to produce only 100% Italian pod machines, which justifies important investments and expansions. While remaining within the ASI Consortium of Pascarola in Caivano, near Naples, the brand has, in fact, just moved to a new building: a structure of 2,200 square meters covered. In a period in which many sectors are experiencing profound suffering, also due to Covid, that of espresso coffee machines records a surge due to the increasingly frequent transition from the “classic” moka to the single-portion. And Didiesse’s numbers only confirm the trend: with 287,000 machines produced last year, a 2020 turnover of 24 million euros and a forecast for 2021 of 28.5. The assistance network has also been expanded, with more than 160 specialized centers throughout Italy. Another novelty, especially because it comes at such a particular time, concerns new hires – including that of a designer, a marketing director and some resources for the sales network, who will strengthen the staff.
