Pininfarina returns to International MotorXpo Hong Kong with a new creation, the Model E electric sedan designed for Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn), making its debut in an auto show. Model E was entirely built in the Pininfarina atelier in Cambiano and represents the first step in an important strategic collaboration with Hon Hai that will continue in the future. The technologically innovative luxury sedan is able to meet the needs of the medium-high range of consumers. The rear seat space can be transformed into a mobile office, with personal devices connected to the car enabling a range of smart applications such as door opening with facial recognition, smart windows and vehicle and environment interfaces. In addition to luxury and comfort, the Model E, with high performance and advanced dynamic control technology, delivers around 750 horsepower and achieves acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 2 ”8, with a range of 750 km. The Pininfarina team was responsible for defining the style of both the exterior and interior of the Model E, including the user experience that the user will experience in the cockpit. One of the main features is the intelligent surfaces on the front, side and rear of the vehicle, with which it communicates with the outside world.
