The first European listed SPAC dedicated to hi-tech is born on an Italian initiative. 360 Capital, one of the main European venture capital companies, and its partners have in fact launched the IPO of «360 Disruptech Eu», the Spac (Special purpose acquisition company) dedicated to European technology companies. Yesterday the filing of the prospectus was communicated to the Paris Stock Exchange.
