[Epoch Times October 11, 2021](The Epoch Times reporter Gu Xiaohua interviewed and reported) On October 7th, hundreds of owners of Blu-ray Yongjingwan, Hangzhou New District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang defended their rights at the Ningbo branch of Ping An Bank to protest against the embezzlement of Ping An Bank to buy houses. The special fund for the supervision of funds requires the government to come forward to solve the problem of unfinished real estate.

According to the Chinese Communist Party’s “Measures for the Supervision of Funds for the Pre-sale of New Commercial Housing”, the regulatory funds are to prevent developers from running away from the owner’s money for buying the house. After the owner and the developer sign the purchase contract, the payment for the house must be credited to a bank’s supervisory account. , So that developers cannot use the money directly.

The owner, Mr. Li, revealed to the Epoch Times reporter on October 9 that the property could not be delivered on time on September 30 due to the suspension of the real estate. The owners went to government departments at all levels to petition. With a fund of 70 million yuan, the relevant departments punish the bank for not supervising all the real estate in Hangzhou Bay New Area within three years.

Mr. Li said that currently there are only 30 million yuan left in the regulatory fund account. “We only know that they misappropriated the money, and we don’t know how to do it.”

Mr. Li said: “Which regulations does it follow? Maybe their banks have their own regulations, but can your regulations override the people’s livelihood of all owners?”

At present, the sales department has been vacated, and only one security guard is guarding there. The helpless owner came to Ping An Bank’s Ningbo branch on the 7th to shout slogans and display banners to defend their rights.

The owner, Ms. Liu, who participated in the protection of rights, said that there were about four to five hundred owners at the scene, starting from 1 o’clock in the afternoon and continuing to defend their rights until 11 o’clock in the middle of the night.

The local government sent two special police vehicles to the scene. Dozens of police and special police officers lined up in front of the Ping An Bank to prevent rights defenders from entering.

The owners sat in front of the bank until about 11 o’clock.

Ms. Li sighed: “It’s really not easy for ordinary people to buy a suite. We use our own money to buy our own house, and we have to make it like this. We want to cry if we really say it.”

After the owners’ rights protection, the Ping An Bank and the government negotiated with the owners at the sales center on the afternoon of October 9. Money. Ping An only said that it fully cooperated with the resumption of work and gave six guarantees.” He believes that the government and the bank communicated in advance.

Mr. Li also emphasized, “But the government said another word, clever women can’t cook without rice, what should we do?” He is really hard to have confidence in handing over the house.

According to the owner, the Blu-ray Yongjin Bay project has a total of more than 70 buildings, including 18 high-rise small apartment buildings, and the rest are villa buildings.

Mr. Li said that the high-level buyers were all migrant workers in Ningbo. He was a logistics worker who moved boxes. Most of the owners bought this house by borrowing money from relatives and friends and the savings of their parents. It’s difficult. I rent a house outside every day, and I can’t get my own house. Children can’t go to school because they can only go to school because they have a real estate certificate. What do you say we do?”

The owners hope that the government can effectively resolve the matter and call on the media to help them voice their appeal.
