Garavaglia, Superbonus also for tourism: “80% relief with simplified procedures”

by admin

The Superbonus extends to the tourism sector, albeit to 80%: “It will be a 110% bonus with the rules of 65%” announced the Minister of Tourism, Massimo Garavaglia, explaining that the procedures for accessing the benefits will be simplified.

The minister spoke at ā€œSummer 2021ā€, the event that actually opens the Italian tourist season in Tremezzo, on Lake Como. “We are preparing – he explained – a decree that goes in the direction of an 80% relief, but with very simple rules, so that instead of making a pile of papers just one sheet is enough”.

The times, Garavaglia promises, will be quick because Ā«the resources are there and they are important. We have in the Recovery and therefore already approved by Europe, a fund dedicated to the restructuring of accommodation facilities of all kinds worth 1.8 billion and which with the leverage effect can reach over 3 billion euros “.

These are initiatives that provide, among others, tax credit, tax credit and direct subsidies. Ā«What we want to do is a decree that takes up the 110% concept, but extends it – said Garavaglia – and therefore not only initiatives concerning energy efficiency, but also something else. For example, if someone has to redo the furniture, that’s fine too and then also extend the energy efficiency categories, for example we will also include lighting. Above all, we want to focus not only on extending the benefit categories for operators, but also and above all on simplification and therefore on a much more streamlined and easy to use tool Ā».
