Green pass, for half of the companies the controls will generate organizational difficulties

by admin

Private companies are grappling with a race against time to get equipped for the green pass day and avoid delays in shifts and therefore in production. Certainly the details that emerged until the last moment did not help the organizations. Matilde Marandola, national president of Aidp, the association of human resources directors, explains that “the obligation of the Green Pass in the workplace that starts tomorrow 15 October provides for a series of operational repercussions on companies, especially on some central aspects such as the management of control measures, the reorganization of activities, the management of the data collected and the consequences on workers without a Green Pass ». All these activities, which have taken place in different companies, in different sectors and jobs, are generating many questions, despite the fact that the norm in its general system is clear. We see.

In a company on 3 clear procedures

560 personnel managers and human resources managers responded to the Aidp survey. Well 34% of the companies have already defined a procedure for the Green Pass checks while about 61% are working on it also taking into account the latest news announced on 12 and 13 October. 72% will check all access to the company, while 28% will carry out random checks. 80%, on the other hand, will carry out checks before access and 20% subsequently within the departments, offices or in hot spots created ad hoc. The Green Pass checks will have a daily frequency for 67% of companies, biweekly for 5%, while about 20% of HR directors are still defining it.

The organizational difficulties of controls

For 44%, the control machine will in any case generate organizational difficulties. And who doesn’t have a green pass? He will be considered unjustified absentee without pay in almost 70% of companies, while there is a 24% who is deciding and a 7% who was thinking about the use of smart working and was blown away by the latest regulatory intervention that clearly prohibited this. possibility as it is elusive of the Green Pass obligation. «Our survey shows a percentage of companies that are still defining the procedures to apply the standard – observes Marandola -. This is due to the fact that the latest news were announced on October 13th and there are many companies that are working overnight to be ready on the 15th ».

Free tampons

In companies where there are still many workers who do not want to be vaccinated, temporarily, to avoid absences from shifts, tampon campaigns have been organized which will be taken over by the companies themselves. The motor valley certainly becomes a case with Ducati, Lamborghini, Toyota, Bonfiglioli, Ima and now also the Roman EnergRed who have decided to take charge of the tampons between now and 31 December, spending over 11 million euros. This will mean a saving of around € 1,125 for the worker who has not yet been vaccinated, between now and the end of the year. And an increase of equal value for the company. At Electrolux, in Susegana, on the other hand, the workers have called a strike for the day in which the obligation of the green pass will start in the company, despite the share of unvaccinated, according to sources close to the company are estimated at around 10% on the 1,430 employees.
