The temporary workers at the Mercedes plant in Untertürkheim receive retrospective shift premiums of up to 30 percent for their work, because the company management employed more than eight percent temporary workers there in February of last year. The works council has now used a previously little-known regulation in the general works agreement called DMove to demand the bonuses provided for there, which have now also been paid. They are paid by Mercedes to the temporary employment agencies, which then pay them out to the workers.
