Holidays for separated parents: instructions for use

Punctually every year, between June and July, the e-mail boxes of the lawyers are clogged with avalanches of e-mails, all with the same subject: the long-awaited holidays. There are no laws that state precisely with whom and how the child of separated parents should spend the holidays. There are however “good practices“, fruit of the experience and some decisions of the Courts, in application of the general rules of custody (shared or exclusive).
