Hunting for talents under 35: the initiative on Made in Italy by Ft, Sole 24 Ore and companies

by admin

Hunt for talents under 35, coming from all over Italy (and beyond), who, under the umbrella of the Financial Times and the Sole 24 Ore, want to work on projects for the innovation of Made in Italy. That is to work on the heart – economic and symbolic – of our economy.

It will be an opportunity for training, relationships with some important national companies and the possibility at the end of a catwalk in the showcase of the Trento Festival of Economics scheduled for early June 2022 in Trento and from this year organized by Sole 24 Ore.

This is what the “FT x Made in Italy Challenge” is, the selection of 100 young people (registration will close on February 28) by the FT Challenge team led by Virginia Stagni, a very young Italian who became an executive of the English publishing group.

The young people selected must above all be curious, motivated, with a strong passion for the great strands of Made in Italy, for the future of those industries that represent Italy in the world. In short, not necessarily graduates, with stellar curriculums, but with a keen eye on the world of economics, digital technology, sustainability.

The 100 selected will work between masterclasses, workshops, with mentors from FT and Sole 24 Ore and representatives of partner companies, which at the moment are Cisco, Illimity, Johnson & Johnson, Technacy. Therefore, the commitment of the groups will be vertical on the typical specificities of companies: therefore, we go from digitization to finance and sustainability, from health tech to communication. To these will be added the themes of food and fashion.
