I-Share: this is how Leasys’ new corporate car sharing is

by admin

Corporate car sharing becomes simple, innovative and smart. Leasys, a Stellantis brand and subsidiary of FCA Bank, launches a completely renewed version of I-Share, the corporate car sharing solution designed to facilitate the use and sharing of company vehicles. The service is now equipped with cutting-edge keyless technology, a user-friendly app for drivers and a new site available to fleet managers, who can easily manage the shared fleet.

Employee mobility: central theme for corporate welfare

I-Share allows companies to optimize the management of their shared vehicles and facilitates their monitoring, presenting itself as a valid resource especially after, in recent years, employee mobility has become a central issue for corporate welfare systems. In fact, I-Share also represents an incentive for the shared use of the company car, which from an exclusive benefit becomes a shared benefit, offering an additional service at low cost within the company.

How I-Share works

With the new application for the use of the service through a “keyless” technology, the administrative management of delivery and return of vehicles is reset: drivers can manage their journeys in complete autonomy, booking the car and unlocking the doors directly from the application , without having to collect the keys. The fleet managers can, through the platform, configure the shared fleet and the drivers’ utilities, set availability and depots for the collection and delivery of vehicles. This simplifies the administrative management of the fleet, eliminating the traditional booking registers and identifying the user in a certain and timely manner in the event of theft or accidents. Furthermore, the fleet is always under control thanks to the dashboard functions present on the portal, which accurately reports the status of the vehicles in order to monitor their efficiency.

A fleet also available “green”

The I-Share service also opens up to electric and hybrid vehicles, becoming the ideal solution for companies that, operating in urban contexts, want to test new engine models with a view to evaluating a gradual replacement of the fleet in a green key and being able to move unlimited access in the various areas of the city. The implementation and relaunch of the service are part of the development plan of increasingly advanced fleet management applications to support the work of Fleet Managers in order to improve the efficiency of the fleet in terms of “total cost of ownership”. Leasys will continue, in 2022, to invest in technology with increasingly digital, innovative and green mobility-oriented contents and services.
