Italian and international. In fact, the experts who contribute to the project come from all countries, aimed at all companies, small, medium and large, which within the platform find an annual training course, courses, webinars, strategies, guides and tools to be put immediately practically. The radical change in management

The club’s English name is meant to underline its international character, with experts coming from many, different countries. In particular, they are organized into three areas: people with fundamental contents from the world of human resources, business with useful contents for dialoguing and guiding business and innovation with contents to implement change and transformation.

The certification of the expert of the future of work

In addition to following the courses, every six months students will be able to take the process of recognizing the skills they have developed: by passing a series of tests they will be able to obtain the Future of Work Expert certification, which can be renewed from year to year. The experts who hold the courses are already more than 40. Some Italians have been selected who are obtaining important results in the field of human resources abroad, imagining a sort of hr brain return as teachers, together with international experts, from the United States to Holland, from Spain to Sweden and Denmark.
